What land clearing services actually include
Land clearing services here means one crew, one walk, one machine, and a walk-through when we are done.
The service is the five steps: walk the bush, mark keepers, mulch in place, grind stumps if they will snag a mower, walk it again. Chips stay unless you want them moved. That is the whole offer. Land clearing is the outcome page. This page is the service itself.
Commercial mulching services use the same steps on a lease edge, a pipeline strip, or a farm fence that has grown in. The gate is different. The ribbon on keepers is the same. If a spec sheet says a width, we run that width. If you just need cows to see the wire again, we run the fence.
You should be there for the walk, or send someone who can point at the spruce by the house. After that, open access is enough. Gate codes belong on the form. Buried lines belong on the form. Old wire belongs in the first sentence.

How the service runs
Walk
We walk the bush with you. Stem size, access, fence, power lines, and what has to stay.
Mark
Ribbon on keepers: a spruce by the house, a shelterbelt, a corner post. What is marked stays.
Mulch
The forestry head mulches in place. Trees and brush become chips on the ground. No burn pile.
Grind
Stumps that will snag a mower or a tire get ground. Not every stump needs it. We say so.
Walk again
We walk it with you before we leave. You get what we did, what we left, and the chips stay.
Ranges, not a bid
Typical machine time on this kind of work often runs $250–$450 an hour depending on the head and the stems. A fence line is often a half-day to a day. Pasture reclaim is often several days. Typical stump grinding often runs $150–$400 per stump depending on diameter and access. Those are typical ranges, not a bid.
Acreage jobs and commercial jobs
An acreage lane in Millet and a lease strip in Leduc County are both land clearing services. The difference is access, spec, and whether someone has a drawing. We still walk it. We still mark what stays.
We do not sell a package named after a season. We sell days on the machine when the ground will hold us. May through October, plus frozen-ground winter mulching when it is easier on turf. If spring clay will rut a paddock, we wait. That is part of the service, not a delay tactic.
Related work sits next door: forestry mulching for the method, tree mulching when the stems are standing aspen, stump grinding when the dirt still has obstacles.
Call {{CALLRAIL_NUMBER}} or send the form. Name, phone, town, what you need. We call back with a time to look, not a made-up acre price from a form.
Questions people ask
What do land clearing services include?
A walk, ribbon on keepers, in-place mulching, optional stump grinding, and a walk-through before we leave. Chips stay unless you want them moved. That is the service.
Do you do commercial mulching services?
Yes. Same crew, different gate. Oilfield lease edges, pipeline right-of-way, and farm fence that has grown in.
Do I need to be home?
Someone who can show the keepers should be there for the walk. After that we can work if access is open. Name a gate code if there is one.
How do I book?
Call or send the form. Name, phone, town, and what you need. We call back and set a look at the bush before we talk a number.
